35-synaptics.conf is too low to overwrite default 40-evdev.conf

evdev is not powerful enough to handle laptop touchpad. Mine is barely 
usable. I do have the synaptics driver but its xorg conf.d file number 
is too low to be automatically selected (need to be > 40)

workaround: su ; ln -s 35-*.conf 41-syn.conf
