wifibox (TBC) sets ups WIFI_KEY_TYPE=OFF instead of NONE

When configuring Slitaz with an open (no encryption) wifi access, wifibox 
(TBC) sets ups 
WIFI_KEY_TYPE=OFF instead of NONE. (maybe it's tazpane, I don't know 
for sure).

This is a very nasty bug as because of a failing switch/case in network.sh, the 
/etc/wpa*conf file gets truncated. The whole wifi stack is then completly 
broken with no way to fix the wifi through any GUI tool.
