Unable to Reboot or Shutdown When I Put mysql in Startup

Hello. I'm unable to `reboot` or `poweroff` the machine after I put mysql 
in RUN_DAEMONS. There are no error messages.

To reboot or poweroff I must add -f option. Like `reboot -f`
