pfx files and tethering

i can't run pfx files to run my encrypted data at windows
also when i make my samsung galaxy pocket usb tethering to access internet 
nothing happened 
and i think the live iso should have a default video player

there is also the arabic keyboard and when i copy text and close the app 
that have it it doesn't past 
every time open with window show up and i cancelled it act like i click the 
left mouse button and pull
