fuzzing sounds horrible

libopus is compiled with fuzzing turned on. It sounds *awful*. Compiling 
it without fuzzing makes it sound as wonderful as it's supposed to. Not a 
big deal right now, but when things start to depend on opus - libav/ffpmeg, for 
example - it could be a problem.
