User Tux invades my personal account. Even deleted the root it is recreated on next boot without a password.

was it with stable or cooking ? 
on live cd ? live-usb? hard drive install?

can you reproduce it?
how do you reproduce it step by step? 

plz, without more information, or other reports this bug will be close at some point.
