tazbug report GUI does not word wrap

When submitting a bug report using the tazbug GUI found at
Applications -> Internet -> SliTaz bug report text entered in
the "Description" box does not word wrap when appropriate.
Instead, the window attempts to continue to expand to fit all 
user input on one line, even to the point of extending past 
the visible edge of the screen. This can cause the control
buttons (e.g. "Send bug" or "Close") to be moved
off the edge of the screen, as well.
