locale-*-extra descriptions are wrong

 pkgs.slitaz.org/?package=locale
Some packages description string contains (with Gimp, Mplayer, Xine)

There are no any Mplayer translations here
Trannslations for Xine presents only in a half of this pkgs.
There are more locales for packages, that are not in this list, e.g for geany, 
sylpheed etc.

Descriptions are generic, they may or may not apply to the specific 
contents of package.
